The record button.

The Recording Function is a function that can be used in Dawn of Fire and My Singing Monsters . It was introduced to Dawn of Fire on its initial release and to My Singing Monsters as a full functional function in Version 2.0.3.

In both games, this function can only be used with devices that are iOS 10 and above. In My Singing Monsters, all compatible Android devices can use the Recording Function, but in Dawn of Fire, only the very latest operating systems of Android can use this Recording Function.

The Recording Function of My Singing Monsters operating

To start recording, double tap the recording button at the bottom-left corner, beside the "View Mode " button. A pop-up may appear asking whether to record video and in-game sound or record only video. Tap whichever choice you want and it will start recording after tapping whichever choice. If the recording button starts flashing on and off after double tapping it, then you have successfully started recording.

To stop recording, double tap the recording button again. A finished video should pop up on screen; press "Save" to save the video.

To start recording, click the arrow beside the "Shop" button, press "Options", then press "(name TBA)". It will start recording after a "Rec" appears on the left side of the screen. A pop-up may appear asking whether to record video, in-game sound and microphone; video and in-game sound; or record only video. Tap whichever choice you want and it will start recording after tapping whichever choice.

To stop recording, press the red square above the word "Rec". A finished video should pop up on screen; press "Save" to save the video.
