“ | Endowed with a tall, sloping forehead, it would have been easy for the Rare Drumpler to feel insecure about its hairline, especially when compared to the full-bodied mane of the Common Monster. Unfazed, this positive percussionist instead decided to make the most of the situation and grew two extra sets of eyes! Its appetite is notorious, since its eyes are now truly bigger than its stomach. | ” |

Description[]
Rare Drumpler is a Double-Element Rare Monster. It was added on May 22nd, 2015 during Version 1.3.3. As a Rare Monster, it is only available at select times. When available, it is best obtained by breeding Noggin and Mammott, or by purchasing from the StarShop. By default, its breeding time is 1 hour, 7 minutes, and 30 seconds long. Although a Rare Monster, Rare Drumpler still does not have high Coin production.
Song[]
- See Drumpler.
Breeding[]
Rare Drumpler has the same breeding combination as its Common variant:
Any kind of breeding attempt which includes a Common Drumpler may fail, and give a Rare Drumpler as a result instead of the Common Drumpler. This includes all of the breeding combinations that can't ever work in the usual way.
The Rare version of any Monster can be used for breeding instead of the common version. In addition, it is possible to breed a Rare Drumpler and a Common Drumpler together. The outcome will always be a Drumpler and if a Rare Drumpler is available at that time, it may result from this combination.
Availability[]
- For a list of when this Monster has been available, see: Breeding Availability
Rare Drumpler, like all Rare Natural and Fire Monsters, is only available for breeding and buying some of the time during special events. Examples of such events:
- All Monsters that appear on a certain Island.
- All Monsters with a specific element.
- All Monsters with a specific theme.
- A seemingly random selection of a handful of Monsters.
In particular, they are likely to appear during Special Occasions.
The exception is Rare Fire Monsters on Amber Island. These are evolved in the Crucible, and are available any time after the Crucible is unlocked (by having 15 Monsters on Amber Island).
Likes[]
Every Monster has different things that they like. For every unique object that they like that's placed near the Monster, the Monster's happiness will increase by 25%. Placing more than one of the same liked item near a Monster won't increase its happiness by an additional amount. If there's a Unity Tree on the Island, items don't need to be near the Monster. Below are the things liked by Rare Drumpler:
- Drumpler (requires level 7)
- Puffle Tree (level 14)
- Floofy Nest (level 24)
- Bloofi Tree (level 12) ()

Statistics[]
Earning Rate and Maximum Income[]
Earning rate is in Coins per minute and depends on Happiness % (Likes increase Happiness) and Monster Level. Each Monster also has a maximum amount of income it can hold at a time. Increasing the Monster's Level also increases this limit.
Feeding Monsters[]
Each Monster needs to be fed four times before it reaches the next level. Increasing the Monster's level increases the Coins earned per minute, as well as the maximum Coins earned.

More info can be found in the Feeding article.
Egg Consumption[]
While trying to breed other Monsters (particularly Monsters with a very low chance of breeding), the following Rare Wublins and Celestials can be used to "dispose of" Rare Drumpler eggs immediately instead of putting them into a Nursery and having that Nursery not be available. Note that doing this for Rare Wublins will cause the Wublin to stop producing currency and the eggs will not expire.

Note that Monster eggs can only be "disposed of" before awakening Rare Wublins and Celestials; afterwards those Monsters will not accept any eggs. Also note that Monsters to which you have already disposed the number of Rare Drumpler eggs that it accepts, will no longer be available as a "recycle bin" for such eggs. Rare Wublins have no time limit, and their egg inventories cannot be reset. Awakened Celestials only accept eggs during their corresponding Celestial month. When being zapped into Celestials as a Flex Egg, Rare Drumpler is not required for the Celestial to ascend.

Notes[]
- Rare Drumpler was the last Double-Element Natural Rare Monster to be added.
- Similarly, Epic Drumpler was the last Natural Double-Elemental Epic Monster to be added.
- Ironically, Common Drumpler is the first Double-Element Natural Monster that you obtain in the game.
- Rare Drumpler and Rare Wynq have a very similar foot structure, with both Monsters having only one toe on each foot. This was made obvious in a Long Distance promotion featuring the two Monsters.
