|“||Despite its flamboyant red pigmentation, the Rare Bellowfish's mechanized suit is typically powered by an inferior crystal. As such, it is far more subdued than its common bretheren and much less socially inclined... until it is challenged to a dance-off. Putting its three legs to good use, this Ethereal cuts a rug like no one's business, busting a move it calls "Bellowfishing this up."||”|
The Bellowfish was released in October 7, 2016.
The Rare Bellowfish is cherry-colored mixed with some green all on the organic parts of its body. The barrel and red pipes remain the same, except for the arms, which have a crimson and brick color pattern and metallic dark orange hands as opposed to the Regular Bellowfish with silver palms and gray fingers. They also have a broken crystal powering their suits. Their head has an extra pair of head fins and they have an extra leg.
Interestingly enough, in the Rare Bellowfish's idle animation, it will move its side legs as if they are this monster's "left or right legs" and will anchor itself with its middle leg, then their middle leg swaps tasks after moving its two side legs.
The Rare Bellowfish Monster's contribution to an Island's song is an accordion sound that is produced by moving its arms.
The Rare Bellowfish can be bred using a combination of two pure element Ethereal Monsters. Its only combination:
Earning rate is in shards per hour and depends on Happiness % (Likes increase Happiness), also each monster has a limit to how much income it can hold at a time. Increasing the monster's level increases the limit.
Each monster needs to be fed four times before it reaches the next level. Increasing the monster's level increases the shards earned per hour, as well as the maximum shards earned.

Every monster has different things that they like. For every unique object that they like that's placed near the monster (if not using a Unity Tree), the monster's happiness will increase by 25%. Placing two of the same liked item near a monster will still only increase happiness by 25%. Below are the things liked by Rare Bellowfish:
- Bellowfish (requires level 9)
- Wild Bagpipe (level 7)
- Razzli Tree (level 12)
- Tree Forte Tower (level 17)
