Description[]
Furcorn is a Double-Element Monster that is first unlocked on Plant Island. It is best obtained by breeding Potbelly and Mammott. By default, its breeding time is 8 hours long. As a Double Elemental, Furcorn does not have a high Coin production.
Song[]
Audio sample:
Voice actor: Dave Kerr
Furcorn's contribution to an island's song is a melodic falsetto warble. On Shugabush Island, Furcorn sings the same song as it does on Plant Island, but faster and at a different key signature. On Earth Island, it harmonizes with Dandidoo. On Light Island, it plays a falsetto similar to that of Yawstrich.
Breeding[]
Furcorn can be produced by breeding Monsters with the elements of Plant and Cold.
On Shugabush Island, Furcorn must either be purchased with Diamonds or teleported from any other Natural Island (It cannot be teleported from Light Island) once it reaches level 15. You cannot breed Furcorn with Mammott and Potbelly on Shugabush Island, as the breeding combinations must include Shugabush itself.
Likes[]
Every Monster has different things that they like. For every unique object that they like that's placed near the Monster, the Monster's happiness will increase by 25%. Placing more than one of the same liked item near a Monster won't increase its happiness by an additional amount. If there's a Unity Tree on the Island, items don't need to be near the Monster. Below are the things liked by Furcorn:
- Toe Jammer (requires level 4) (, )
- Thumpies (level 9) ()
- Boskus (level 9) ()
- Shugavox (level 9) ()
- Eerie Remains (level 14)
- Leafy Sea Dragon (level 20)

Statistics[]
Earning Rate and Maximum Income[]
Earning rate is in Coins per minute and depends on Happiness % (Likes increase Happiness) and Monster Level. Each Monster also has a maximum amount of income it can hold at a time. Increasing the Monster's Level also increases this limit.
Feeding Monsters[]
Each Monster needs to be fed four times before it reaches the next level. Increasing the Monster's level increases the Coins earned per minute, as well as the maximum Coins earned.

More info can be found in the Feeding article.
Egg Consumption[]
While trying to breed other Monsters (particularly Monsters with a very low chance of breeding), the following Wublins, Celestials, and Vessels can be used to "dispose of" Furcorn eggs immediately instead of putting them into a Nursery and having that Nursery not be available. Note that doing this for Rare Wublins will cause the Wublin to stop producing currency and the eggs will not expire.

Note that Monster eggs can only be "disposed of" before awakening Wublins, Celestials, and Vessels; afterwards those Monsters will not accept any eggs. Also note that Monsters to which you have already disposed the number of Furcorn eggs that it accepts, will no longer be available as a "recycle bin" for such eggs. Kayna's Vessel has no time limit, and its egg inventory cannot be reset. Awakened Celestials only accept eggs during their corresponding Celestial month.

Notes[]
- Furcorn's name appears to be a combination of "fur" or "furry" and either "corn" or "acorn," which is appropriate since it is a tiny, furry plant creature. "Corn" is an old word originally meaning "a single grain of a cereal plant".
- It is also possibly a pun on "fir cone".
- Furcorn was originally going to be a pure/single Plant Element Monster, but this was later changed in the final release.
- This mistake was made in-game on September 4, 2012. [citation needed]
- Furcorn can be heard in the loading screen song in the same tune as Plant Island's, but at a slightly lower tone.
- Furcorn is the smallest Monster, even when compared to Potbelly.
- Furcorn is one of the game's main mascots, along with Mammott (and to a lesser extent, PomPom). It was added to the game's icon in 2014.
- A smiling Furcorn, a sad Furcorn, and an overjoyed Furcorn can be seen since Version 2.0.0 after seeing a message box asking for customer feedback to the Monster-Handlers.
- The overjoyed Furcorn can also be seen after paying for an in-app purchase, by winning a battle in The Colossingum, or by reporting an island.
- The sad Furcorn can also be seen when you lose a battle in The Colossingum.
- Furcorn and its Rare variant dressed up on April 13th, 2018 because of Furcorn the 13th, which was celebrated every Friday the 13th since, up until the 13th of April, 2022.
- Furcorn is one of the few Monsters that sing in English lyrics.
- According to Screemu's bio, a group of Furcorns is called a cache.
- Furcorn is also the only Natural or Fire Monster to not play at the end of the song on Light Island.
- According to Fandemonium, the reason why Furcorn's teeth are sharp is so it can eat Smunkins.
- Furcorn's eye sockets are not actually connected to its body. When it jumps, its eyeballs move up and down.
- Furcorn has the shortest Monster Biography in the game.
- Furcorn was the first ever Monster to:
- In the concept art for Those Singing Monsters, Furcorn had arms.
- It received the Cold Island Critter on Shugabush Island during Echoes of Eco 2023.
- There is a bug where the Critter disappears when the Playground Strawberry costume is on.
- Dave Kerr, the voice actor of Furcorn, has stated that Furcorn is his favourite Monster he has voiced and, coincidentally, his favourite Monster in general.
- Furcorn technically appears on every island in the original game, if you count the Phoni-Mine decoration.
- Furcorn was originally going to have voicelines for the tutorial, but they were later scrapped due to it being controversial to add a voice to it.

- The egg is incubating.
- Hi there, my name is Furcorn.
