Air Island was unlocked in the version 1.0.2 update on September 12th 2012. It is only available for purchase after reaching level 4 and purchasing the Cold Island. It costs 750,000 coins.

Rocks and Trees
Earn experience points by removing the trees and rocks from the island. Detailed information can be found in the article on obstacles.
Valentine's arrived on Air Island on the 5th of February 2013, along with the Schmoochle monster. The trees, rocks and island also were decorated for the occasion, with hearts, sweathearts and flowers. The seasonal decor, and the time of the availability of the Schmoochle monster, lasted until 15th February 2013. This is the first island to have 2 limited edtiton monsters. The Valentine theme returned to Air Island on January 29, 2014, and disappeared on February 26th.

Upgrade the Castle to unlock more beds. Each monster requires a specified amount of beds, which is equal to the number of elements the monster has,, excluding Electrical and Ethereal Monsters. For full details about the castle upgrades, please see the castle article.
